Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing & preparing of orders. Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days. 

All packages will be shipped through USPS. Packages are being shipping from Arizona.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped out. 

***If you purchase more than 1 item your shipping price may slightly increase as the standard shipping rate is based weight***

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any delivery issues once tracking information has been provided. If for any reason you have delays/ issues with receiving your package, please contact USPS. We will do our best to assist with helping you get your package, however, we will NOT provide returns for packages that have been marked as delivered to the address provided but not received by the customer.

Can I return my item?
At this time we do not accept returns, all bags have been thoroughly inspected to ensure we provide the highest quality to our customers. However, if you do receive a defective bag please use the contact form so that your concern can be addressed and handled.
Am I able to make changes to my order?
Once the order has been submitted unfortunately we are unable to make any changes, this includes address changes. Please thoroughly review your order details prior to submitting to ensure the information provided is correct.
Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent to the email provided when submitting your order, please check spam as well and if you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of your order please contact us. 
Can I pick my order up?
We do not have any pick up locations, bags must be purchased through our website and will be shipped to the address you provide.
What are your payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. We also accept Shop Pay, that allows you to pay in 4 installments.
For customers using Shop Pay
Rates from 0%-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments, are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers https://www.affirm.com/licenses.
